Car Hire Procedures from ROIG

Collecting your hire car with shuttle bus

• Your hire car will be located at Can Pastilla office, to take the shuttle bus, please follow the instructions attached from Autos Roig.

• Should you have a flight delay please contact Autos Roig direct on the phone number below and give the new estimated time of your arrival 0034 64 81 18

• Please remember to take both parts of your UK driving license, so that your pre prepared paperwork can be verified. You will also need to show your passport and of course your driver license at the car hire desk. No voucher is needed.

Returning your car

• Returning your car hire to Can Pastilla office, then they will take you with the shuttle bus to the airport.

• Returning the hire car to Can Pastilla will be given 2 hours grace. For example car hire starting at 08:00 must be returned by 10:00 at the latest.

• If you do not, an additional days car hire will be charged which you will pay locally.

Additional information:

Fuel:

• Your hire car will have a full tank of petrol/diesel a credit card swipe will be taken from you and when you return the car back to the airport with a full tank the credit card slip will be destroyed.

• Alternatively you can leave the money with the car hire company and return the car with an empty tank.

A full tank is calculated according to the group of car approx. 70€ to 95€.

Arrival at Night (Out of Hours and Delayed Flights):

• For collecting the car between 23:00 to 06:00 there is supplement to be paid locally.

• This is paid locally to the car hire company.

Additional items and hire car charges:

Additional items such as child seats, baby seats, booster or/and on site changed hire car categories, (depending on availability)

• Paid locally to Autos Roig.

• Cars to be returned to the airport collection point must be within 2 hours of the flight departure or a further days car hire will be charge locally by the car hire company.

• Child seats, baby seats and booster charged.

• Upgrade cars at the point of arrival would be the car hire company prices.

(Prices could vary during the season and they could be higher than fincas4you quoted prices)

General commercial terms:

Damage to Car:

• The insurance does not cover damage to - wing mirrors, tires, wind-screen, door locks, fuel-cap.

• The insurance does not cover the loss or damage to child seats, aerial, roof rack, windscreen wipers or any vandalism, accidental dents or scratches.

• The client is liable during the rental period, for any dents, scratches or broken windows and locks also when the vehicle is in an underground car park.

• Excess on the insurance policy In order to cover any possible damage a credit card swipe will be taken from you and when you return the car back to the airport without any damage the credit card slip will be destroyed.

• Up until one week before departure you, the client, can take out the full collision waver damage policy. (Only items not covered under FCWD are loss of car key and incorrect fuel).

• Fill in the form and return to fincas4you by fax or email

• Additional surcharge per day to be covered by the FCWD insurance:

In case of damage by other people the client must fill out the claims form with the name of the other driver, address, telephone number, type/registration number of the car, the insurance policy number of the other car, The hire car company name of the other driver (if applicable)
