Damals nahm die LTU den sogenannten \u201eInsel Shuttle\u201c ins Programm, mit dem man individuelle Fl\u00fcge zu kleinen Preisen buchen konnte. Passenderweise war mein Freund Frank zu der Zeit als Flugkapit\u00e4n bei \u2013 genau, Sie ahnen es \u2013 LTU besch\u00e4ftigt.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Unser erster Inselbesuch f\u00fchrte uns auch direkt auf den im umgangssprachlichen Mallorca-Deutsch als \u201eD\u00fcsseldorfer H\u00fcgel\u201c betitelten S\u00fcdwesten der Insel \u2013 nach Andratx, da Frank den damaligen Besitzer kannte. Die ersten Sonnenunterg\u00e4nge verfolgten wir von den Balkonen der Villa Italia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Es sollte aber noch 11 weitere Jahre dauern, bis Frank und ich \u2013 zu dem Zeitpunkt waren wir Mann und Frau, heute sind wir weiterhin eng verbunden \u2013 uns trauten, die Leitung eines Landhotels im S\u00fcdosten der Insel zu \u00fcbernehmen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Unser Lebenstraum wurde wahr<\/h2>\n<p>Unser gro\u00dfer Lebenstraum wurde wahr, und das Hotel war vom ersten Tag an ein riesiger Erfolg. Wir waren st\u00e4ndig ausgebucht und die Nachfrage nach weiteren Zimmern, aber auch nach Ferienh\u00e4usern, den typischen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fincas4you.com\/finca-mallorca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fincas auf Mallorca<\/a>, wurde immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer. Nachdem wir zun\u00e4chst unsere Kunden an Bekannte aus \u201eGefallen\u201c weiter vermittelten, gestaltete sich der Umfang der Freundschaftsdienste schnell als sehr arbeitsintensiv\u2026.zus\u00e4tzlich zum eh schon mitunter stressigem Hotelalltag\u2026<\/p>\n<p>So entschieden wir uns im Jahr 2002 relativ schnell, <em><strong>fincas4you.com<\/strong> <\/em>zu gr\u00fcnden. Wir starteten \u00fcbrigens mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fincas4you.com\/objekte\/finca-es-puig-f001\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Finca Es Puig<\/a>, die wir auch heute noch im Portfolio haben.\u00a0Unsere Kunden fragen oft, was genau mich an der gr\u00f6\u00dften Baleareninsel so fasziniert:\u00a0Ich liebe einfach Mallorcas Vielfalt. In nur etwas mehr als 2 Flugstunden bin ich in einer Umgebung, die ihres Gleichen sucht. Einige der sch\u00f6nsten Str\u00e4nde des Mittelmeeres warten hier auf mich, kombiniert mit traumhaften und vielseitigen Landschaften, einer wunderbaren K\u00fcchen und der M\u00f6glichkeit das ganze Jahr \u00fcber Sport an der frischen Luft treiben zu k\u00f6nnen, gepaart mit Einheimischen, die sehr gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig ihre Insel mit allen teilen. Wo findet man das alles denn bitte sonst noch auf der Welt? Also mir f\u00e4llt da kein vergleichbarer Ort ein!<\/p>\n<p>Besonders ins Herz geschlossen habe ich den S\u00fcdosten der Insel. \u00dcber 14 Jahre lang war die Region meine Heimat. Den Sonnenuntergang auf dem H\u00fcgel des Conselacio in Alqueria Blanca mit einem Glas Wein und etwas Schinken und K\u00e4se auf einem M\u00e4uerchen sitzend zu genie\u00dfen, ber\u00fchrt mich auch heute noch. Jeder Mensch hat ja seine \u201eLebenspl\u00e4tze\u201c, an die er immer wieder gern zur\u00fcckkehrt. Und genau so ein Ort ist Conselacio f\u00fcr mich.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die individuellen und authentischen Wochenm\u00e4rkte in Santanyi oder Felanitx \u00fcben immer wieder eine gro\u00dfe Faszination auf mich aus.<\/p>\n<p>Denke ich an die sch\u00f6nste Zeit auf der Insel zur\u00fcck, sind das auf jeden Fall die Monate Mai und Juni sowie September und Oktober \u2013 also die Vor- und Nachsaisonperioden. Die Insel gleicht dann aus meiner Sicht einem Privatparadies: alles geschieht mit Ruhe und Liebe, die Temperaturen sind herrlich warm aber nicht so hei\u00df wie im August und es ist angenehm, Sport an der frischen Luft zu treiben.<\/p>\n<p>Ich muss mir eingestehen, dass mir im Jahr 1989 auf dem Balkon der Villa Italia nicht ansatzweise klar war, welche Faszination die Insel eines Tage auf mich aus\u00fcben wird und wie sehr sie mein Leben pr\u00e4gen und auch durcheinander wirbeln wird. Aber das ist ja das Sch\u00f6ne am Leben: Dass man nie genau wei\u00df, was hinter der n\u00e4chsten Ecke auf einen wartet\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Herzlichst,<br \/>\nIhre Britt!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br
