The finca is set in the hilly surroundings of S'Horta and Calonge in a privileged, tranquil location. The beaches of Cala d'Or are in 15 minutes travelling distance. The little village of Calonge is only 10 minutes drive away and offers shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. The south-east coast offers a nice choice of spare time activities and a high recreation value. The coastline is dotted with sandy beaches and lovely coves, any kind of sports facilities are in close reach, as are traditional and luxury marinas and a fine selection of excellent restaurants. The popular Vall d'Or golf course is in approx. 7 km travelling distance from the house.

The kitchen is next to the dining room and has separate access to the summer kitchen and patio.
First floor:
2 bedrooms with double beds sharing one large bathroom with shower/tub.
One bedroom has a private terrace.
Satellite television is available in the living room and 2 bedrooms.
Outside
The finca has a large pool with a pool terrace offering the best views of the Med. Sunshades and sunbeds area provided. The summer kitchen has a BBQ, water and electricity connected, workspace and a table sitting 8.
