Situation
The chalet is in walking distance to the beach and close to S'Horta in the Southeast of the island. Cala Sa Nau is one of the charming bays of the Southeast coast and is still an insider's tip. The sandy bay is family friendly and offers a beach bar and sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. The golf course Vall d'Or and the picturesque fishing village Porto Colom are in a few minutes travelling distance. Porto Colom offers a nice selection of excellent restaurants, bars and cafés overlooking the port. Also in short travelling distance is the lively holiday resort Cala d'Or with a variety of restaurants, bars, night life and sports facilities.

The house has a living area of approx. 130 sqm and is furnished in light colours. The living room has a comfortable couch, SAT-television and direct access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen offers a table for 6 and access to the dining terrace. The holiday home has one bedroom with double and two bedrooms with twinbeds and modern bathrooms. All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards.
Outside
The garden offers lush Mediterranean vegetation and a lot of spots with natural shade. Sun loungers and a BBQ are available. The dining terraces is an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast or a prefect dinner al fresco.
