The small town of Santanyi with a nice village centre and a popular market on Saturdays is in close reach by car. The picturesque harbour of Cala Figuera is about 3 km away and a popular destination offering spectacular views and a fine selection of restaurants.

The villa has been fitted with quality furniture and offers two separate apartments.
Ground floor:
Double bedroom with air-conditioning and large fitted cupboard, full bathroom with shower and bathtub fitted with marble, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living/dining room with fireplace and sofabed for two, which can be prepared on request.
First floor (accessible via external staircase)
Two double bedrooms with airconditioning, living-/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with shower and bathtub fitted in marble.
The house offers marble floors throughout, central heating and WLan-internet connection. The apartments cannot be rented individually, only the villa as a whole.
Outside
The house offers a spectacular roof terrace with views up to the sea, which is accessible via an external staircase. It is set in a garden with palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation. There are comfortable sun loungers available at the poolside terrace and an extra large sunshade. The pool is protected by a fence. BBQ area with outdoor dining table sitting 8.

Air-conditioning available in all bedrooms, the other bedrooms are fitted with fans.
