This traditional Majorcan villa is located near the popular village of Es Carritxo, offering wonderful countryside views towards the sea. Beaches, sports facilities and holiday resorts are nearby. The romantic fishing village of Porto Colom with many excellent restaurants, the market village of Santanyi or the lively holiday resort Cala d'Or are in short driving distance. The charming Southeast coast is famous for fine sandy beaches and quiet coves and offers many possiblities for long hiking or cycling tours. The premier league golf course of Vall d'Or is at 10 minutes travelling distance from the house and there is a wide variety of watersport activities available in Cala d'Or and Porto Colom.

The house is furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Kitchen, dining room and a living room with marvellous countryside views are on the groundfloor. The dining room has access to a veranda with a large dining table for 14. The living room has access to another terrace with nice views over the countryside towards Manacor. The first sleeping area is also on the groundfloor. It offers one bedroom for three, one individual bedroom and a double bedroom. The three bedrooms share one bathroom. In the entrance hall, a staircase is leading up to the first floor. This floor is also split into a sleeping and living area. It offers another large living room, 3 double bedrooms sharing one bathroom and one double bedroom en-suite. There is a large terrace with seaviews furnished with a table and chairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside
The house is set on a large plot with almond-, apricot and fig trees and lush Mediterranean vegetation. The pool has a large pool terrace with sunbeds and shades. The house offers various terraces to enjoy sun or shade and the nice views. There is a stone-built BBQ and a dining table for 14 on the terrace just off the kitchen.
