Situation
The finca is at the end of a private lane and enjoys complete privacy. The centre of Pollensa is in 15 minutes walking distance. Popular for its old town, Pollensa is a village to go for a stroll, have a coffee or enjoy a nice meal in one of the cosy restaurants or busy cafés. The lively port Puerto Pollensa has a lovely seaside promenade lined by Spanish and international restaurants, pubs and shops. Watersports enthusiasts will find heaven in the bay of Pollensa which is one of the finest sailing and surfing spots on the island. The beaches are perfect for families, thanks to the shallow water and sand. Divers will discover a fascinating waterworld close to the picturesque Cala San Vicente beach. All those beaches are in approx. 5 to 10 minutes travelling distance.

The holiday home offers plenty of space and is comfortably furnished. The groundfloor comprises of a living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, large entrance hall and a guest toilet. One of the bedrooms with bath en-suite is also located on the groundfloor, it has a kingsize bed and direct access to the garden. 4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms offers a bath en-suite, kingsize bed and a private terrace with marvellous views of the mountains. All other bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The house offers air-conditioning throughout. Villa Son Mas has an ample, appealing design and offers groups or families enough space in- and outside to enjoy comfortable and relaxing holidays in natural surroundings yet in walking distance to one of the most picturesque villages of Mallorca.
Outside
The pool is set in front of the villa and surrounded by lawns and a pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers to soak up the sun. The gardens are well maintained and include a small kitchen garden and many orange and lemon trees. Set in a quiet corner of the garden is a little casita with brick built BBQ and a patio dining area with a dining table to seat 14.
