Situation
The country house is set on a large, fenced plot between Cales de Mallorca and Porto Cristo. This part of the coast is popular for the picturesque bays and a number of fine, sandy beaches are only minutes away by car. Manacor, the second largest city of the island is in 15 minutes reach. It offers a nice pedestrian zone with a range of shopping facilities and well-known highstreet stores.
The holiday residence is an excellent base for golfers. The courses of Canyamel, Costa de los Pinos and Pula Golf are practically at the doorstep, the courses of Capdepera, Vall d'Or and Son Antem are 20 to 30 minutes drive away.
For evening entertainment, you will find plenty of choice in Porto Colom and Porto Cristo, with fine restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Accommodation
The finca is furnished in traditional Mallorcan countryhouse style with some modern elements. The split of rooms makes the house ideal for families with children. There is a large living/dining room with open kitchen on the groundfloor as well as one bedroom with king-size bed, 1 bathroom with shower and a laundry. The first floor has 5 more bedrooms split as follows: one large bedroom with king-size bed and bath en-suite, which can be set up with two extra beds for children. 2 bedrooms with king-size bed and bath en-suite, one bedroom with twinbeds and one with a bunkbed. Those two bedrooms share one bathroom.
Outside
The house offers a large pool, surrounded by sun terraces, lawns and a Mediterranean style garden. Sunbeds and sunshades are available for all guests. There is a large veranda overlooking the pool and the surrounding countryside. The terrace is furnished with a dinner table sitting 12 and a lounge with sofas and coffee table. There is a seperate BBQ house with another table for 12 adjoining both pool and house.

Prices are valid for up to 12 people, 1 or 2 extra beds are possilbe at extra cost.
