The traditional farmhouse is located in the Southeast of the island at a driving distance of approx. 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches of the Southeast coast. The tranquile village of Cas Concos is only a short drive away. The village has a small supermarket, bakery and some excellent restaurants. The house is at the end of a countrylane and enjoys absolute privacy.

The comfortable country house is simply furnished, but with attention to small details. Typical Mallorcan elements such as wooden beams, sandstone walls and stone floors create a cozy, welcoming ambience. On the ground floor there are a dining room, a small kitchen, lounge with television and 2 bedrooms sharing one bathroom and a sperate toilet. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room and a nice drawing room.
Outside
The house has a lush Mediterranean garden and a pool area with large pool terrace, a pergola and a pool shower. A former stable opens towards the house and has been turned into a lovely outdoor dining area.
