Every Sunday there is a big market. Beautiful eastcoast sandy beaches and resorts can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The popular Vall D´Or golf course is located only 10 minutes away.

The 18th century Finca has been lovingly restored in 2001. On the groundfloor there is a comfortable livingroom with SAT TV and a portable CD/RADIO. In the large dining room with its traditional stone ceiling there is a large table for 10 persons. The open plan american kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. One bedroom with studio couch (90x200 cm) and showerbath en suite is handicapped accessible. There are 2 double rooms (one with a double bed 190x200 cm, 1 with 2 individual beds 90x180 cm) and one complete bathroom. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, with two single beds each(90 x 190 cm). The modern shower bathroom with a shower. The upper salon has access to a 40m2 terrace with beautiful views as far as the monastry San Salvador.

Behind the Finca there is a beautiful garden with generous terraces and lawn areas. The large 14x6 m pool with separate baby pool (3m) is situated here. Adjoined there is a covered barbeque grill with dining area. A washing machine is located in an extra cabinet. The large open garage offers space for up to 3 cars.
