This unique Finca with spectacular views of the island and a large pool is located close to Es Carritxo and Cala D'Or in the Southeast of Mallorca. The finca offers the ideal surrounding for guests looking for peace and quiet. The house is situated on a hill, at approx. 7 km distance to the sea and the Vall d'Or golfcourse and there is a good choice of excellent restaurants at close reach. The Southeast coast with its romantic coastline is famous for the unspoilt beaches and the natural beauty. The sun terrace of the pool area offers splendid views of the surrounding countryside.

The Finca is furnished and decorated in traditional majorcan style and offers all the comfort of modern living.
Entrance is into the impressive hall with sweeping stairs leading to the first floor. On the ground fllor is a spacious living room with SAT-TV and video, separate dining room and large well equipped kitchen with American fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Saeco- Espressomaker. All rooms have high beamed ceilings. Separate laundry room with washing machine. One double bedroom and one shower room.
On the first floor are a further 3 bedrooms ( two double and one twin ) plus a additional room with a comfortable sleeping sofa which share 2 complete bathrooms. A second salon with panoramic views and sun terrace is also located on the first floor.
Outside
The large pool is surrounded by open and shaded terraces as well as lawn.
Fully furnished and protected barbeque area.

Changeover day in JUL / AUG is Saturday
