Situation
The finca is located close to Porreres on a plot of approx. 35.000 m². The countryside in this area spoils soft rolling hills, trees and farmland. The authentic village of Porreres is in 5 km travelling distance and offers a beautiful village centre with Cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities. Thanks to the central location access to the main sights and attractions of the island is easy. The beach of Es Trenc is in 25 minutes travelling distance, and the busy and charming old town of Palma approx. 40 minutes by car.

This comfortable country house has been recently renovated with a lot of attention to details, keeping the style and ambience of a traditional Mallorcan finca. The ground floor has a large entrance hall which separates a living/dining area and a sleeping tract. The cosy living/dining area has access to the porch and offers a comfortable lounge with flat-screen television, dvd and cd-player. The modern built-in kitchen has a door to the pool terrace in front of the house. The sleeping tract on the ground floor offers one double bedroom and a complete shower room. A staircase leads from the hall to the first floor and to the first double bedroom (passage room) with a large four-poster bed. The second bedroom is at the end of a small corridor, the shared shower room is on the corridor between the two bedrooms.
The ground floor bedroom, one of the first-floor bedrooms and the living/dining area are fitted with air-conditioning.
Outside
The finca has a large, well-kept garden with pool, a large terrace in front of the house and a smaller porch at the back of the house. Both terraces are furnished with a table sitting 6. Sunbeds and sunshades are available. The pool area is the perfect spot to enjoy the silence and the beautiful landscape.
