Situation
The farmhouse is set in a very quiet location at the end of country lane and close to the seaside village of Porto Colom. This nice little resort offers a charming fishing harbour, some excellent restaurants and a number of beaches in the village itself or at a short travelling distance. The well developped holiday resort Cala d'Or is only a short drive away and a variety of sparetime activities provide entertainment for the youngest as well as for adults.

The house is comfortably furnished in a modern country style and offers 2 bedrooms on the ground floor sharing one full bathroom and a master bedroom on the first floor with bathroom en-suite. The moster bedroom has access to a large private terrace with seaviews. The living area offers a spacious, light flooded living room with direct access to the porch and a cosy kitchen with adjoining dining room.
Outside
The Finca has a large terrace with marvellous views of the countryside towards the sea. Steps are leading down to the pool and well kept garden. Thanks to the lush vegetation and old trees guests can enjoy natural shade and sunny places likewise. Sunbeds and umbrellas are also available. The fantastic terrace has a large dining table sitting 6 for dinners al fresco.
